  • Extremely rarely available, there have only been two sales in this building in the last decade.
  • Relatively modest in size (condo size starts at 1300 sq ft)  but still with the stellar and unmatchable water and city views
  • All sales in the last 10 years have been for under $1 million

Vista Bay Point

What you need to know:

  • Built in 2004
  • 17 full-floor residences range in size from 3000 to 3500 square feet, encompassing 360-degree water views and great vistas of the downtown skyline
  • Available slightly more often than the others we’ve discussed today, there are two currently on the market and two have sold in the last 6 months. Average price point runs around $1 million.
  • Amenities: pool, spa, theater room, event facilities, fitness center, guest suites, billiards room, and bar-be-cue area
